Brumbaugh Law Firm offers free public seminars in order to better arm families with the facts of estate planning, Ohio Medicaid rules, and asset protection.
We firmly believe that knowledge is power. With knowledge, families learn the value of planning early, so (1) they can be sure that the legal documents are in place to assure that their loved ones’ wishes are honored as they age, (2) their assets are protected to the extent possible, (3) they receive the benefits to which they are entitled, and (4) they are lovingly cared for as they age — in the home or in the most appropriate facility.
Brumbaugh Law Firm welcomes the opportunity to offer private presentations to professional groups as in-service training or as conference speakers. They also speak to church and civic organizations on a regular basis. Attorney Michael L. Brumbaugh is certified with the VA to assist veterans with benefit applications and has received training on dementia and Alzheimer’s. Pamela Brumbaugh is a licensed social worker and a certified dementia practitioner as well as a Volunteer Community Educator for the NW Chapter of the Alzheimer’s Association.
